If an agent is willing to work for nothing, then will they put there best foot forward during the listing process marketing your home?
What will happen when an offer comes in, will you be a priority to them?
Will they work hard to get you a good price, or just want to drop the price to get it sold?
It has been my experience that is what usually happens, the house does not sell, the sellers get upset and they have lost a lot of time
