The higher priced homes in the area are attributing to the decreased prices and sales in the area because there are not as many buyers out there for the higher end price range. High end buyers are looking for great deals, which in turn brings down the prices of the million dollar homes. Although market time for home sales may not be what it was 5 years ago, sellers with patience and a good realtor can get their home sold for fair market value.
