So while driving in my car I heard the news, Sales of existing homes in May increased over April! I almost crashed the car. Such good news.  This was the second time in 10 months that we had an increase. So maybe the spring market is just a month or two behind. More and more buyers are starting to look. Some think that if they wait prices will go down further but most of the people selling have their homes have priced their homes for sales now. So why are some buyers sitting on the fence?
I think it is a wonderful time. Interest rates are still low and the choice of homes is wonderful.Â
