What should a seller do before they put the house on the market? That is a question that always comes up in my listing presentation regardless of what town you live in. That means replacing broken appliances or fixing them, have the floors in good condition, updated carpeting and the house should be recently painted. In today market the home is basically in a beauty contest and you want to make the finals, along with being in a price war. The pool of buyer out there is way smaller then it used to be.
