Real estate sales are way up in Buffalo 
Grove Illinois. According to the real estate tracking website Trulia.com, real estate sales for the three week period from July 7th through the 28th are up over 50%, 54.2% to be exact. This is a huge jump compared with the same three week period from a year ago.
Buffalo Grove home prices have not changed in the last year but the historically low interest rates are making it more affordable than ever to buy real estate. The July sales improvement is even more striking considering the home buyer tax credit expired at the end of June and its extension is not likely to have had too much of an effect on sales volume.
