Another Happy Seller is About to Close on Their Home in Buffalo Grove

The Sharron Kelley Team Services Buffalo Grove, and not only do we list homes but we get them sold.
The Devonshires just wrote a great refferal about our services and I wanted to share it. It shows that we have a team that works together.
This note is to thank Sharron and her team for their efforts in the sale of our house at 577 Coventry Ct, Buffalo Grove IL.
From the beginning Sharron and her team were very professional and insightful in planning, preparing and marketing our house. Given the state of the housing market we collaborated on a realistic selling price, staged the house and had many positive comments about the house. Sharron aggressively and successfully marketed this house. The house had traffic almost every week up to the acceptance of the offer.
Given the market conditions and other houses for sale of similar value the process went fairly smoothly. We were pleased with all of the efforts up to closing scheduled for October 30th.
