This is great information for Owners of Palatine Homes who want to know what is going on in your neighborhood. For the month of November Palatine Real Estate has 296 active single family homes with an average of 260 days on the market. There is a 10.83 month supply for homes in this highly desired community. Over the last 3 months we have seen a slight increase in days on the market. Of course with the weather getting colder this is to be expected.
